Absolute powerhouse acting performances from Richard Harris and Rachel Roberts. The way that they bounce off each other is as good as any screen partnership has been. Outstanding!
shareGood call. Would have been well deserved if they'd both won academy awards that year. The fact that this film is rated so highly now even though society has changed so much since then is testament to the script, the actors and the direction.
