TOP B-MOVIE LIST

Looking to use this thread to create a superlative B-movie list.

Criteria:
-cheap (below average budget for the time or second billing of a double feature);
-middle-tier or unknown actors (who may have become A-listers after said film);
-an identifiable genre film;
-NOT a "so-bad-it's-good-film" - no, these are genuine quality films therefore eliminating films by Ed Wood et. al.;
-questionable morals or the depiction/suggestion of graphic violence.
-American
-an obvious "fantasy" (i.e. not entirely serious/real-world film).

***Bonus if...the movie's in black and white; an RKO picture...
