Parallel bars scene - which film?

Does anyone know which film the following occurs in:

Peter sellers spots some parallel bars and starts swinging around on them saying something like ' ah yes its all coming back to me now' and then jumps off them down a flight of stairs. Its so funny it makes me cry!

To this day I can't mention that scene in my dad's presence without him bursting into laughter. I gotta admit, where Clouseau tries to lean on the Globe he just sent spinning in the first movie is a pretty great gag too.
