How about a decent remake..

forget that the Steve Martin film was ever produced, I want a true remake with an actor that actually resembles Sellers, and stick to the original story line.

George Clooney as David Nivens character, Ed Helms as teh Nephew, that would be a great start

I don't want anymore remakes either. This franchise died the day Peter Sellers died in 1980. This is one character that cannot be done by anyone else. I do not know how the newest version made 82 million. Steve Martin was terrible. Every clip I have seen and parts I have seen while in the rental store are awful. Thankfully the movie cost 80 million to make so hopefully they won't make a sequel.
