MGM has recently announced this title for an early 2009 release on Blu-Ray. Check it out:

I got this Pink Panther Blu-Ray and have watched it an it is wonderful! Great PQ. However, astonishingly, it has already been discontinued by the manufactuer! I ordered it Jan 23 and received it shortly thereafter. Sure am glad I went ahead and got it when I did.
