Are they the last three surviving cast members?

I believe Barrie Chase and Nicholas Georgiade are still around as well.

And possibly the kid who played the miner's son Eddie, Bob Mazurki ("Mmmm... THREE dollars!") - he'd be in his mid-sixties today if he's still around.

Kaplan just recently died. 

Yep, it's been not quite two months ago that he passed away.
