I was just wondering how many times has a co-star of Jack's either won or been nominated for an Oscar. Also, if it was because of Jack's influence. For example, Walter Matthau won an Oscar in The Fortune Cookie. Shirley MacLaine was nominated twice with Jack: Irma La Douce and The Apartment.

Which ones am I missing?

Is a co-star's nomination due to Jack's influence, or is it more because the casting director is prone to cast a star of equal talent to co-star with him.
