What does it means?

It means, literally, "Jesus, Mary" a typical Sicilian religious invocation, that's all.

It is used by Italians (or was; it is a somewhat archaic exclamation) exactly as we would say "Gosh!"

If the Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard, It can also be like a chicken-pox mark.

And it's exactly what a man doesn't want to hear come out of his wife's mouth every time he makes love to her. It drives the Prince crazy, and not in a good way.
