Blu-Ray is Expensive!

Is the American Blu-Ray out of print? I just went to price this on Amazon, and they have the British, region-free blu-Ray for a reasonable price, but the American flipbook/special editions are nearly $80 and there's no non-special blu-Rays to be seen. Was the American blu-Ray version a limited run or something?

I don't know if you're aware of this but I've already changed things. I killed Ben Linus.

From what I've seen, yes, the U.S. blu-ray releases are out of print (standard, digibook etc). But BestBuy recently released a Project Pop Art limited edition steelbook (which I purchased today) that you can get for $14.99. http://tinyurl.com/qg6mb7u

He must have thought it was white boy day. It ain't white boy day, is it?

reply

Yes, the DigiBook, which until recently has been the only Blu Ray release domestically, is oop. I picked up a new copy today on EBay for $19.99, so I'm thrilled.

I'd recommend people pick up the Blu Ray if they like this film, asap.

The special features are great. Some fantastic interviews with Scott and Sellers right after the shoot, in costume, in the war room, among other things.
