Viking Video release question...Please help!!!

I own an old Viking Video Classics VHS tape of this movie. Towards the end of the tape (after the Dementia 13 credits and a large blank spot) There is another partial movie. Here is a synopsis and all of the details I can recall at this time:
1. It seems to be in Italian.
2. Seems to be a late 60's/early to mid 70's film. Color.
3. Judging by the cars in it, it seems like it may take place in the 30's or 40's.
The "beginning" (it is not a complete film) Has a man and a woman driving through a wooded area, being followed by another car. As they are driving, another car heading toward them stops, the driver seemingly injured, blocking their way. The woman does not want the man to get out of the car. He does, to go check on the other driver. Several men wearing trenchcoats come out of the woods and approach the man. They all take turns stabbing him. The woman runs to the car that was following them, begging for help. The men in that car do nothing. She screams, "Bastards" at them (In english, of all things) and runs out into the woods. They release dogs to chase her. She is running and hears the man she was with get shot. As she runs away, she gets shot in the back. There are a few more scenes that I am drawing a blank on now(I am at work, so, I can't check it right now) I also know that there is some dialog concerning Mussolini, can't remember the dialog right now. Can someone/anyone please tell me what the hell this movie is???? My dad fell asleep watching "Dementia 13" yrs. ago and told me the next day that he woke up to this. I have been trying to figure out what this movie is for years!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
