Grant's Facial Expression at the End

That was easily one of the funniest scenes in cinema history. In all fairness, I haven't seen many of Grant's films but I thought he was more of a serious leading actor. He wasn't all that serious up until to that point in the film (the shower scene, for instance was quite funny and absurd) but his facial expression was out of this world. :)

Well, not really.
Grand made many comedies, in his heydays.
Some of them, absolute screwball comedies, where Grant had a great 'timing' and his past as a rope-walker and circus performer gave him the ability to be off-balance at the right time and in the right place, absolutely clownish.

Look for 'His Girl Friday' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0032599/, 'Bringing Up Baby/Suzanne' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0029947/, or 'The Awful Truth' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0028597/

He mixed a lot 'serious' roles to comedies - shaping up his screen persona.

Thanks, I'll see these.

One of the greatest things about Grant was his ability to not take himself seriously. When an interviewer once told him "Everyone wants to be Cary Grant," he replied: "So do I."
