in an attempt to make money from page clicks

this is posting of advertising / spam,

and as such, is a violation of IMDb's terms and conditions

please report him for abuse

You just report the spam postings to the website administrators, douchebrain. You don't need to form a vigilante posse amongst the users! Some people.
