Anyone notice that in Ann Margret's solo song at the end of the movie, the camera zooms in as she does an expert stripper chest jiggle? I sure did...Impressive!

Not one of the first, by any means, but indeed she had her first set of implants before the production of "Carnal Knowledge." A-M, like Natalie Wood, had a fairly modest bosom, always aided by clever uplifts and padding. A-M also behaved like a girl with a big bust! Later, after her film career had stalled, and she was doing Vegas, it was decided she might as well go all the way with her appearance. She attributed her new bust to the weight she gained for "CK." However, once she dieted, that massive rack stayed the same size.
Hardly matters, in that she was sensational either way.
