Anyone else think that the song 'treat him nicely' sort of sounds like connie's 'where the boys' are'?

I'm surprised Neil Sedaka and Howard Greenfield (who wrote "Where The Boys Are") didn't sue for breach of copyright.

I'm pretty sure it's legal to use a few bars of a song and THN is at that limit with WTBA using just the first few bars.

Just when the title of both songs is sung. Same number of notes and similar melody.
