anyone no why she missed so many episodes in her one and only season?

if you are watching it on me-t.v., right now it looks like kate has just 2 daughters. maybe henning didnt pay that much because it sure does seem strange that these girls would walk away from a network t.v. show.it did give more of a chance to write for bobby-jo.

Betty Jo was always going to get the better lines and story for the most part. The other two probably weren't valued as much and didn't feel as close to their roles as Linda Henning did. Not wanting to open that can of worms but it seems likely.

Lori Saunders is my favorite of all the girls on that show.

She had hepatitis and missed a number of episodes.

Very disappointed that Gunilla had such a short stay on the show.

She was my favorite of all the Bradley girls. Gorgeous.

Gunilla wasn't as good as Jeannette Riley, who was quite a talented comic actress. But I greatly preferred Gunilla to the out-of-place Meredith MacRae.

I always heard she was in trouble for her relationship with Nat King Cole, and the network wanted to get rid of her.
