Does anyone know how old the girls actually were at the start of the series? Now that MeTV is airing the COMPLETE series (with B&W episodes too), we can see scenes of the girls at Hooterville High, the ball games, etc. While I know they were teens (at least the first two were), I've never heard how old Betty Jo (the youngest), Bobbie Jo (the middle), and Billie Jo (the eldest) actually were. Thanks!!

I thought- repeat, THOUGHT- I remembered in Kate's final appearance (with her back to the camera), Betty Jo asks from her bed after giving birth, "have you ever seen a prettier baby," and Kate is supposed to have said to her daughter, "Welll....I had a pretty adorable baby myself some 20 years ago," meaning Betty, but that still doesn't mention how old the other two girls are.
