how many episodes had 'Teasers' , before the 'Control Voice' spoke ?

has Anyone noticed Certain Episodes having Them removed , Either by the Syndicator , or Their "Local" T.V.-Station ?
The teasers originally weren't part of the episode. Later they showed a snippet from the episode before the Control Voice. I read that ABC wanted to show the monster before the episode started.
Are channels like the THIS network actually just starting with the Control Voice?
I think it would be better not to show the "bear" before the show even begins.
