One of the Most Inventive SiFi Shows Ever

I loved Outer Limits in the 60's: I couldn't wait untill my TV was turned over to the control of the Outer Limits. Of course Twlight Zone was also in this catagory. THE WRITNG WAS EXCELLENT and because there was no reocurring cast as like Twlight Zone many great Actors were featured: William Shatner both shows and one of the Twilight Zone Classics: also Martin Landau (Space 1999) and many others. Between the Writng, Acting and Special effects Its definately a Classic Show and a Ground Breaker for SiFi on Television: stories like the Sifi Films of the 50's but many levels ahead!
Other Shows in this catagory from the 60's were 'The Time Tunnel","The Invaders", "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and THE BEST OF ALL "STAR TREK".
I have some episodes on DVD but would like the entire Series Collection.
If your a SiFi Fan you have to see this Series! ,"This Series still stands up Today.

I agree that the massive parade of guest stars was a good point about OUTER LIMITS. If you don't like someone on OUTER LIMITS you always know he or she will be gone next episode!

With the exception of Roy T being in it every week...this also helped The Invaders(1967).

Of the shows you mention, I have not seen The Invaders. I have the disadvantage of looking back at these programs as through a time machine, and have no idea of what they must have looked like as brand new, never seen before, TV shows. I just recently saw the first episode, "The Galaxy Being", and what that must have looked like to audiences of the time! And the second episode, "One Hundred Days of the Dragon" totally creeped me out. I still have nightmares about it!
