I don't know if this movie is shown on TV often but in case any of you are interested it's going to come on TCM on December 25th very early in the morning. You can always set your VCR to record it.

That's why I'm up so early on Christmas morning! I'm waiting patiently. I saw this movie when it came out and I was 19 years old. I'm now 62 and I've always remembered how I felt when I left the theater, absolutely enthralled.
The rest of the family will stay in bed and I'll be transported again I'm sure.
