Atticus Finch and feminist hypocrisy
Feminists constantly complain of "toxic masculinity" by which they don't mean that there is some version of masculinity which is toxic, but that of course all masculinity is toxic. Well, I don't deny that there is some type of masculinity that could be described as toxic. Joe Pesci's character from a Martin Scorsese movie would be a typical example. Also urban Black youth ghetto culture is another. But there are clearly examples of good masculinity which feminists don't acknowledge exists - men like Atticus Finch being one of them. Why don't feminist contrast toxic masculinity with good one? It's because they hate all masculinity and all men.
