music question
Hi,
I'm desperately looking for a song included about 3 or 4 times in the movie all together, the last word of the chorus is "Twist" :) It's played by a band in one scene as well.
Thanks for you help,

Hi there!
You're looking for "Guarda come dondolo" ("Look how I swing when I do the twist") by Edoardo Vianello, which actually was the biggest hit in Italy during summer 62 when the film was shot. It is featured on Vianello's CDs "I grandi successi originali" and "Hully gully sempre", both available on amazon.com.
Hope that will be helpful.
DOes anyone know about the the opening jazz track?
shareDesperately trying to find it too. It might be by Ortolani.
shareIt actually plays on the Il Sorpasso section of the site of Ortolani:

A silly but really fun song and such an earwig! I have been singing it's first line Guarda come dondolo to myself all morning. Ah those good old weekly twist parties of my teenage years!
