What a masterpiece the score is , if anyone out there wants to hear this wonderful score in full, get the 3 disc cd, every cue is there and the plus, a full alternate score, fantastic, each disc is about 79 mins long, a thick book too, this was Kaper's greatest work, like Rosa with "Ben Hur", a masterpiece. the set can be found at buysountracks.com as well as E-bay . shareWhile watching the film recently I noticed that when the keelhauled sailor gets eaten by the shark the music in the background, particularly when the shark fin is shown, sound extraordinarily like the famous Jaws 'shark' music. Has anyone else noticed this? I don't have the film on DVD so can't check it again.
