Airing in Nov. on HDNet Movies

As is happening more and more frequently, HDNet Movies is airing TMM during Nov. in 720p HD with DD 5.1 sound before the Blu-Ray hits the stores.

Just watched it today (Dish Network ROX!). Picture quality is great, no discernible film grain, nice contrast, colors really 'pop', sharp as a tack. Approx. 2.5 in. of letterboxing top and bottom on my 50" plasma.

Sound thru a standard DD 5.1 decoder is extremely clean, no hiss at all, nice stereo if a bit light on spread, no LFE (naturally), and just enough surround to feel full. BUT - given the age of the recording, the higher frequencies are VERY peaky, I'd say topping out just shy of FM radio range (anything above about 14Khz is just squeal).
