I'm sure all titles will be rereleased on blu-ray in time.

This is my favourite musical comedy and the first film I was ever taken to see in a cinema (Regent theatre, Collins St., Melbourne, Easter 1963). I have read that it is on Warner Home Video's agenda for a BluRay release soon.

I fully agree with you. The Blu-Ray format has given us film buffs a great opportunity to finally enjoy the original quality of processes like CinemaScope, VistaVision, Super Panavision, and in this case Technirama. It would be a shame if Warner delays this title any further.

I think that the TMM deserves a 4K resolution scan and, of course, a full-blown soundtrack, using Dolby TrueHD or a similar codec. This has been used for several other historical pieces with excellent results.

Great Honk! This is my first blu-ray purchase and it is GORGEOUS!!!!
I gave away my DVD to an 8 year old friend (teach 'em while they're young!) and I've missed Harold ever since. Most blu-rays are $30-40 in downtown Toronto, but this was only $23. Sold!

Yes, sir, I'm going to do nothing like she's never been done before!
