Seeing HTWWW on a large, new HD flat screen TV!

I never saw the movie in Cinamascope back in the day. But I can see how seeing it on an old fashioned TV set would be rather disappointing! However, the modern TVs do an excellent job. And then I watched part of it on my iPad, and actually enjoyed this! CinemaScope, Retinal Display, technology always changes, but good entertainment goes on forever!!

I note that some of the larger HD screens are no longer flat, but are curved like the Cinerama screens were. Sit close enough to the screen, darken the lights, and you will feel like you are in a Cinerama.

The best diplomat I know is a fully charged phaser bank.

Strongly recommend projecting the blu-ray >100" . It's a terrific transfer with mostly bright scenes that don't require oled/plasma/dedicated theater black levels. If you don't have access to a projector,it's worth seeking out someone who does. One of the best home viewing experiences.
