James Bond had sex with multiple women through the whole franchise, but not in any of the movies we never see Bond taking a condom from his wallet.
Does Bond use protection or does he pull out or is he sterile?
I've always imagined Q Branch developed a sterility pill that has about a one month duration. Long enough to cover about any mission Bond goes on.
