WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CAST LISTINGS

Two of the three main characters and stars do not even appear in the cast listings for the show: Doug McClure and Gary Clarke. James Drury's name appears halfway down the list and it says he only appeared in 2 episodes!

This also happened on the McHale's Navy listing a couple of months ago when it didn't even list the star of the show Ernest Borgnine and costar Tim Conway in the credits. Their names now appear but the listing says they only appeared in 7 episodes.

Do a IMDB search on Doug McClure.

Go to "The Virginian" 1962 listing under his name.

Click on "The Virginian."

Be sure the full cast and crew listing is selected in the far left panel.

Scroll through the cast listing.

Doug McClure's name does appear at all. It should be easy to find since it will be highlighted in magenta type because you did the search on his name.

The same goes for Clarke.

Someone mentioned that Doug McClure is listed and that is true, for three whole episodes.
I went through the Update process to mention that Lee J. Cobb, James Drury, McClure, etc. are not listed correctly.
Never got an answer or a fix.
For all of the greatness of IMDB, and it is fantastic, something has happened with the TV program credits. They were working fine, but the star performers for many programs are not being listed correctly.
Some programs are fine, but others are like this, either marginal listings or totally incorrect ones.
I hope something is being done. I am sure there is a good reason.
