dance music on 'The Virginian'

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I COULD FIND THE NAME OF THE DANCE MUSIC ON SEVERAL OF THE VIRGINIAN EPISODES

reply

When you find out, let me know! That lovely waltz has haunted me for years. Perhaps it's stock music in the Universal Studio files. Maybe it doesn't even have a name, only a number.

I know that this is an old post but the dance music that stands out to me is a song called, "Tomorrow Is Just Another Day". I first heard it on an episode of Wagon Train called "The Jenny Tannen Story", the last episode of season two. Actress Ann Blyth sings it while dancing with the wagon master, she also sings "To Settle in the West" in the opening credits.

You can watch both the Virginian and Wagon Train on Netflix instant watch for less than eight bucks a month, hope this helps.

Thank you so much, scamper67, for the information on the song.

Here's a clip of Ann Blythe in The Jenny Tannen Story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMo5loeYB04

I have learned recently that the tune was composed by John Williams.
