Who is your favorite guest in all of Johnny Carson history. My favorite is definitely Ed Ames. I love it when he throws the axe and it goes right by the drawn sheriff's bodies groin.

I like Bette Midler especially the last episode.

That chick from the San Diego Zoo. The animals would piss all over Johnny.

Her name was Joan Embrie and she was a very sweet woman (I hd the occasion to meet her several times while I was growing up in San Diego).

Don Rickles. Whenever he was on, it was like somebody threw a live grenade into the show.

I AM NOT MONTEL WILLIAMS.

All of the above-named stars, but also Myron Cohen, a little-known comedian to the West Coast but a legend on the East Coast. He always had me in stitches and was responsible for more than one spit-take.

My favorite guest would be anyone with Johnny Carson!

Here, Here's Johnny. :) Johnny was certainly the best. He set the gold standard. There will never be another.

And lets not forget Shelly Winters. All Johnny had to ask her was "how is the diet going" and she was off.

I'll take "The Captain & Tennille." I love it when Daryl blows a couple of notes of what must have been the most important synthesizer solo of his career.
