Richard Pryor episode tonight kinda sad

October 1986 episode and Pryor was clearly showing signs of his MS with even Johnny noting that he looked like he had lost a lot of weight. Didn't realize it had become that obvious so soon, though he tried his best to play it off like he was fine (aside from being blind in one eye, and no one could tell if he was serious or not.)

He looked very frail on that episode it was very sad, he even made some type of reference about all the diseases that were out at that time and thought he might have had it. It said like he was referring to AIDS, but of course that's not what he had.

I've been enjoying the shoes so much, I love to calculate the ages of everybody and couldn't believe Richard Pryor was only 45.

I watched this show last night off my DVR. Pryor was diagnosed with MS in 1986. I suspect he knew he had it when he was on this show but didn't want to publicly announce it yet. He did look worn down in this interview and to me wasn't as lively as he usually was in this type of setting.
