"Poo-berty"
Once in a while, in conversation with a guest or in a joke, Johnny has to say the word "puberty". He always takes a slight pause and pronounces it "poo-berty".
Wonder if it was a Nebraska thing?
I believe that's how it's pronounced by those who've taken the Slauson Cutoff.
