Does anyone else notice how everyone calls Daisy Mae Granny, however she only has one true grandchild... Elle Mae. Jen is her son in law. Jethro is her great nephew.

Jethro is not even related to Granny. Jethro is Pearl Bodine's son and Pearl is a first cousin to Jed. So that would make Jed and Jethro second cousins.
Granny is Jed's mother in law.
