When Tony Was Shot, Was It Really A Missed Shot?

The bullet hits the fence behind Tony and if you follow the line of trajectory, it hits the fence way ahead of where Tony is when the fence is hit.
The only explanation I have is that it went through Tony.

is undoubtedly the best, most sensible explanation about how Tony was shot by Chino. Inotherwords, it wasn't a missed shot, at all.

Even if it was a missed shot, Chino certainly meant to do it, and he certainly accomplished doing it. Hello, prison.

Did you notice that Chino was escorted to a waiting police car that had it's beacon flashing? That's a true indication of where Chino was headed.

reply

I don't recall seeing him in handcuffs, though. Krupke just had his hand around his shoulder.

I do recall seeing Krupke and Shrank (or at least some other uniformed cop) help Chino into a waiting police car that had its beacon flashing.
