I loved the movie but thought it'd of been better had it just ended when Jane looks out the window and sees Penny in the chair on the cliff.
Reason being, when I saw Penny in the chair on the cliff it creeped me the f*(k out.

I agree, I was thinking along those lines as well. That scene with her on the cliff in the chair was so well shot. It gave me chills, and that would have been quite a chilling way to end the film! Still very pleased with the movie though :).
