Cruella De Vil is very cruel to her vile henchmen, Jasper and Horace Badun, her classmate, Anita Radcliffe and her husband, Roger Radcliffe and especially Pongo and Perdita and their puppies in the movie. She hires Jasper and Horace to steal the puppies after Roger refuses to sell them and is just generally very mean. Younger viewers might be a little afraid of her.

I know right. And in the end, Cruella got what she deserved. I'm glad Pongo and Perdita saved their puppies from her because she really didn't deserve her dream coat in the first place. You know what they say, "Justice always wins."
