Roger (Ben Wright) and Pongo (Rod Taylor) meet Anita (Lisa Davis) and Perdita (Cate Bauer) and they fall in love and get married and Pongo and Perdita have puppies. Unfortunately, the puppies are soon kidnapped by Cruella De Vil (Betty Lou Gerson), Anita's hateful classmate who plans to make coats out of them but Pongo and Perdita who suspect they were kidnapped due to Cruella's greed set out to find their puppies and bring them home. Can Pongo and Perdita rescue their puppies from Cruella's evil clutches? And will Cruella finally get what she deserves?
