not to my knowledge. i mean, how can anyone prove she kidnapped the puppies? the dogs can't tell anyone. and in the sequel's trailer, she doesn't seem to be in prison

By the end of the second movie she completely snaps and is thrown in the crazy house. This can, in a way, set the stage for the live action sequel 102 Dalmatians since it opens with Cruella being in the crazy house and receiving heavy therapy for her "spot" obsession.
