Friggin Creepy as hell!
really surprised how much this scared me, or creepy me out. I love older horror films, they just knew how to create tension without showing too much, which is why I prefer them over todays brainless slasher bloody messes. but this was genuinely creepy. that smile is amazingly freakish! but also kinda funny, cuz its obviously prosthetic, but even so, when your all caught up in the film, the reveal is like HOLY SH**! and the part that really got me was when he put his wife in the dark room and shes like "whos there! I know someone is there..." and then the light shines and its the fathers corpse! I mean damn! that is just freaky. and when sardonicus is in the room with his fathers corpse and hes tied to the chair....just, shivers! the movie was really freaky and effective and it cemented my faith in older horror movies and showed exactly why modern horror movies are just stupid.
Realism, Remakes and Unnecessary Sequels are ruining movies!
