Did Marilyn's character reconcile with Gable's character? I think she said that she would be leaving the following day after the mustang roundup.
shareI don't think so. She was stuck in the middle of nowhere with no transportation. Reconciled or not, someone had to drive her back to town.
Remember she had a rented car at the house. My assumption would be that there were going back to the house to pick up her car and then she would be leaving - but she had to get there first.
