Names of the two drinking songs

Does anyone know the names of the two drinking songs sung in the background of Mrs. Bertholt's scenes with the judge? Specifically, the one she tells the judge about the soldier who loses his girl, and the other where everyone is knocking their beer steins on the table? Thanks!

The first tune was Lili Marlene. The second, if my memory is correct, was Du, Du Liegst Mir Im Herzen.

Would you know the name of the song that ends the movie as Spencer Tracy leaves the prison? Aside from the Horst Wessel song it's the song that I associate more with the Nazi era than any other. Sung by a men's chorus.

The first one would be "Lili Marlene". Would the second one also be the tune that opens and closes the movie? If that's the case it would be "Wenn Wir Marschieren" written in 1910. It's taken me a long time to track that one down.
