*SPOILER* imdb needs to . . .
. . . somehow redo the cast listing so it doesn't spoil the movie.

shareTotally. I'm glad I didn't look at the cast list before I watched the picture.
Actually, I figured out what was going on right away anyway ... something about the little boy clutching the blond doll and refusing to give it back, then cutting forward 13 years and seeing the tall blond woman with the angular face walking through the hotel lobby ... I just had a feeling. (But knowing this picture was sort of a Psycho rip-off may have gotten me thinking in that direction.)
As soon as Warren showed up I thought "Ah ha, I was right." Then, as the movie went on, I started wondering how anyone couldn't see what was going on. I didn't say anything to my girlfriend while we were watching it, though, and when the reveal took place at the end she gasped. She hadn't had any clue about "Warren," and the ending was a total surprise to her. So I guess if the idea hadn't occurred to me it might have fooled me, too.
Either way, though, I thought Homicidal was great! Knowing the solution definitely didn't ruin it for me. I've seen two other William Castle movies prior to this one (House on Haunted Hill and Mr. Sardonicus), but this one was definitely the best.
Well some people figure that old movies like this, they've been out for so many years it's kinda weird to be worrying about spoilers...personally, I'm the type of person that spoilers don't bother...I can know exactly how a movie plays out before I see it and still I'm interested.
shareUnfortunately there's not much IMDB could do, even if they wanted to. If they left Warren out of the cast list, that would be suspicious and a bit of a giveaway. They can't make an actor's name up, so there's nothing they can really do. Even if they hid the whole cast list put SPOILER in front of it, that would give it away too.
