Peter Salis was in this movie as Don Enrique, but I had trouble finding him. What scene is he in, and when does it occurr in the movie?

he is in a couple of places:
he is the town mayor and is in the scene where the hunter gets told to kill the wolf that is killing the goats!
i belive he is a couple of other scenes later on as well when Leon is in the prison cell, there is a scene where he asks Leon why he should be killed or locked up etc
