i think i recall carol finally finding out about ed talking in the last episode...anyone recall that?

...but it IS over forty years since I saw it. I can just about remember a sense of shock, like when Kimball finally caught up with the One-Armed Man in The Fugitive.

No, I don't believe she did. Mr. Ed was going to medical school in the last episode.
