How Old Was Connie Hines?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I distinctly remember that when "Mr. Ed" first aired, the promotional material stated that Connie Hines was 23 years old, making her 18 years younger than her co-star. Her obituary revealed that she was actually 30. Whose idea was this?

I don't know. Alan Young looked much younger than his real age. I guess Connie Hines did also cause she looks in her 20s on Mister Ed.
