Is his book about the show only gonna be put out as a signed limited edition at eighty bucks a pop? I was expecting it to be out by last Christmas and it's still only shown up at that price (or forty bucks on sale).

shareIf you're talking about Why & When the Dick Van Dyke Show Was Born, Amazon.com currently lists at least one used copy at around $40 and new hardcovers for around $50. Apparently it's background for the show, with him telling anecdotes from his personal experiences which he later used as the basis for DVD episodes.
