Tommy Cooper and Kenneth Williams?
Does anybody know what were the guest roles that these comedy actors were asked to play?
shareStill don't know about Cooper , but I just found out that Williams was offered a role in Season 4 bomb "Room without a view" . He declined the part saying it was so insignificant that anyone could have actually played it and he also added that he had found the script to be particularly childish !
You said it Ken ! This isn't coming from an actor who has always accepted only first-rate screenplays but in this case he was absolutely right .
