Does anyone know which of the following episodes these are ?
1: Steed advances on someone behind a giant playing card. A colour episode.
2: At the beginning of the story, possibly a Tara King Story, the villain lifts up a wet towel to reveal his face.
These would have been shown in the early 80's in the UK on Channel 4, when they were showing re-runs on 60's shows.
I think the episodes you're referring to are:
1: Steed advances on someone behind a giant playing card. A colour episode. - "The Joker" from the colour Diana Rigg season however he was the one behind the giant playing card as he was advancing on the villain himself
2: At the beginning of the story, possibly a Tara King Story, the villain lifts up a wet towel to reveal his face. - "Who Was That Man I Saw You With" (possibly) which was from the Linda Thorson season
