What did the leading leadies think of each other?
Here's something I just thought:
Did any of the three leading ladies from the original show (Honor Blackman, Diana Rigg, and Linda Thorson) meet and/or complement each other?
From what I understand, these women have a great respect for each other. Honor Blackman, Diana Rigg and Linda Thorson all met back in 1993 for the lanuch of "The Avengers" on home video with Patrick Macnee and in 2000 all three women as well as Joanna Lumley from "The New Avengers" were honored by the BAFTA for their contributions to television.
All theses ladies have each spoken at length about their affection for working with Macnee who is held in high regard by them all.
