Honor Blackman episodes Original Master Tapes

I have always wondered why the Blackman episodes look so poor compared to American shows taped live in 1963-64. Apparently the Blackman original tape masters are long gone and only kinescopes, copies of the original tape masters on film, exist. YouTube The Judy Garland Show, taped in 1963-64, and you will see what original tape masters from that time look like and what the Avengers should look like in their original master forms. It is quite remarkable. There seems to be a process available to convert and restore kinescopes to their original video state. It is time consuming and costly, but it would be great if someone invested in restoring these early episodes for history!
