Was this show ever aired live??
I just watched "Mandrake" on CoziTV (with Honor Blackman). Appeared to have been from a video tape (and not film) ... wondered if that meant it had been broadcast live originally?

Though I must point out that British shows were shot on video tape rather than film as standard in the 60s. Sadly, as was standard practice at the time those tapes were then reused - which is why only two complete episodes from the first series survive - both were telerecorded on 16mm film (a process where a film camera records the playback from tape on a monitor).
